When a couple gets engaged, it's super common for them to take engagement photos to announce their wedding and use in their invites. But before the engagement? They probably have never taken photos together. And what happens after they get married? They'll most likely never have a professional photoshoot again until they have kids to focus the photos on. And before you know it, they don't have any nice photos of their life except for that one specific moment in time when they got engaged. And so much is missed!
So why are couples portraits important? Because your relationship is important in every stage it goes through. In the new honeymoon stage, when all you want to do is love on each other every second of every day. In the every-day stage, when you've been together long enough that your lives fit together like puzzle pieces. And every stage after, with or without marriage, with or without kids, with your most-important-person forever!
Engagement photos are super important, yes, but you do not need to be engaged to have beautifully captured memories with the person you love! Let's capture those every-day moments!

booking
Once you're ready to book, I'll send over the contract and invoice through your personal client portal. Once the contract is signed and the $100 deposit is paid, you're officially booked!
session planning
We'll chat about locations, outfits, and more! If you have a location in mind, we'll roll with that and if not, I'll suggest some options. I'll send you my outfit suggestion guide as well!
shoot
It's shoot day! We'll meet at our agreed location and shoot for about an hour. Sometimes I get carried away and we end up going for longer (oops), so I recommend not planning something for right after your session!
gallery delivered
About 3 weeks after your session, I'll send you an email with a link to your gorgeous online gallery. That email will have download and print purchasing instructions as well.
Contact me here and we'll chat about your dream couples session! I would love to answer any questions you have. I am available for a meeting in-person or over video call as well if you would like to chat face-to-face!
The Process
how do we book a session?
Fantastic! A completed contract and a $100 non-refundable deposit are needed to reserve your session. The remaining balance will be due 1 week before your scheduled photoshoot date.
I recommend booking at least a month out so we have time to plan your session and you have time to get your outfits. We can do sooner than that though so shoot me an email!
how far in advance should we book?
do you provide unedited images?
I pride myself on my photography editing style that has taken me years to establish. Because of this, I do not provide unedited, RAW images.
I typically add travel fees on to any location outside of a 50 mile radius from my home in Denver, Colorado. Fees vary depending on your session location.
