Lily & Cody’s Lookout Mountain Wedding

Lily & Cody are married! They tied the knot (literally) at their Boettcher Mansion wedding last September. Their family and friends were the best people to be around, and they created such a beautiful celebration of love for these two. Keep reading for more on this couple’s Lookout Mountain wedding!

I’ve know Lily since middle school, when we were in our church choir and bell choir together! It was such an honor to photograph her wedding after years of knowing her. When she initially told me she was getting married, I knew she was going to have the most beautiful wedding. And I was so right!

They got married at Boettcher Mansion on top of Lookout Mountain. Boettcher Mansion is one of my favorite mountain venues because the mansion and surrounding grounds are so pretty. Plus you are within walking distance to one of the best mountain views on the front range! We went from the beautiful pine forest next to the mansion for their first look to the stunning mountain views for their bridal portraits! Then they got married with a traditional hand-fasting ceremony and we celebrated with their friends and family afterwards!

One of my favorite parts about Boettcher Mansion is if the conditions are right, it gets a beautiful golden hour! The sun shines through the trees and is just magic. Scroll on and see for yourself!
