Taylor & Neil’s Lookout Mountain Couples Session – Colorado Couples Photographer

Taylor and Neil try to take couples portraits whenever they travel together. So when they scheduled their trip to Colorado, they knew they had to include a photo session in their itinerary! Armed with their two adorable dogs, they trekked into the Rockies for their Lookout Mountain couples session.

When they mentioned that they wanted mountain views in their photos, I knew that Lookout Mountain would be the perfect spot! It is an incredible blend of beautiful mountain views, classic Colorado pine trees, and even a bird’s eye view of Golden and Denver in the distance. Plus, it is easily accessible from the parking lot so no hiking required!

Lookout Mountain has no shortage of views, making it perfect for couples photos. We wandered all over the overlook, climbing over rocks and marveling at the gorgeous views. Towards the end of the session, the sunlight streamed through the pine trees and made golden hour magic for the rest of their Lookout Mountain couples session!
